    At Tasty Treez Co we are committed to getting your order to you as quickly as possible. Please review the details below regarding our shipping process.

    • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is received.
    • Florida ResidentsAre eligible for next day/ground shipping for a flat rate of $6.99
    • Shipping Time: Delivery times vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method at checkout. Estimated shipping times are:
      • Standard Shipping: 2-3 business days
      • Expedited Shipping: 2 business days
      • Express Shipping: 1-2 business days

    Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to reflect

    Order Tracking & Delivery Issues

    Once your package has left our facility, it is out of our control. If your package is delayed or missing, please follow these steps:

    1️⃣ Check your tracking number for updates.

    2️⃣ Contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.

    3️⃣ If your package is lost or undelivered after 10 business days, reach out to us at sales@tastytreezco.com for support.

    🚨 We are NOT responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been marked as "Delivered" by the carrier. We recommend shipping to a secure location and using UPS(our trusted choice of carrier.)

    🌴 Tasty Treez Refund Policy

    At Tasty Treez, we stand behind the quality of our products. Because of the nature of hemp-derived consumables, we have specific guidelines regarding returns and refunds. Please read carefully.

    All Sales Policy

    Due to federal and state regulations, all consumable hemp-derived products are final sale and cannot be returned once they leave our store or have been shipped. 

    This includes (but is not limited to):

    • Hemp-derived THC gummies
    • Pre-rolls
    • Flower
    • Vapes
    • Edibles
    • Tinctures

    We cannot accept returns for products that have been opened, used, or tampered with.

    📦 Damaged or Incorrect Orders

    If your order arrives:

    • Damaged
    • Defective
    • Incorrect

    You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

    To request review:

    2. Include your order number
    3. Provide clear photos of the product and packaging

    Once reviewed, we may offer:

    • Replacement product
    • Store credit
    • Refund (if applicable and approved)

    Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible.

    🚫 Refund Eligibility

    Refunds are only considered if:

    • The wrong item was shipped
    • The product arrived damaged
    • There is a verified manufacturing defect

    Refunds are not granted for:

    • Personal preference
    • Flavor dislike
    • Effects not meeting expectation
    • Minor packaging variations


    🔄 Shipping Costs

    Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was caused by Tasty Treez.

    ⚖️ Compliance

    All products sold by Tasty Treez comply with federal hemp regulations and contain less than 0.3% Delta-9 THC by dry weight unless otherwise permitted by applicable law.
